What Would I Wear Today: Nina Ricci F/W 2013

Simple black sweater? Check. Cool cropped trousers? Check. Sick flats? Check. Ugh, this is seriously what I'm trying to channel recently.
Effortless, cool, and chic. You can't go wrong with that look above.

Azealia Banks Covers The Strokes' "Barely Legal"

I'll admit, I was so distraught when she made those homophobic remarks, but homegurl's music slays the competition. Totally dancing material right hurr.
This is my new jam, you guys.

The Fendi IT bag of Fall/Winter 2013

Holy Karl Lagerfeld-Silvia Fendi batman! This bag from the Fall/Winter 2013 Fendi collection today is calling my name!
I'm dying right now. This bag is too divine. The beads, the pony skin animal print juxtaposed with the rainbow-part of the bag, the leather piping on the side...yikes, I'm having a heart attack. I'm telling you, this is the it bag of the season. Major kudos to Karl and Silvia for giving me life with this clutch. Now, how would I style it? I can go on and on with the endless ideas I have!

Twenty8Twelve Fall/Winter 2013

Favorite looks:
Love the use of color blocking, especially in that moto jacket which now has a special place in my heart.

Moschino Cheap & Chic Fall/Winter 2013

Obsessing over this collection from Moschino Cheap & Chic. I love how they fused punk elements with the house's quirky, fun aesthetic. This ultimately created pieces that are fun, edgy, youthful, and desirable, imo. It was punk, but it was sweet. Take for example the fur look above. It's so light and feminine with the light, fur coat, yet it has such a punk edginess to it with the creepers and details. The pink made everything so playful, and you know I'm a sucker for anything pink. Pretty in pink, anyone? Anyways, there was a fantastic slip dress (pictured above) with a fantastic detail at the top that included subtle embellishments of pins, needles, and gems. That evoked the fusion of punk and femininity quite perfectly. The collection also featured so many awesome separates. There were fantastic mini-skirts that had fantastic details, like the one above with the pins. The collection was styled perfectly and I would kill for the pink creeper shoes. Overall, sweet yet punk. This is definitely one of my favorites of the season thus far. Favorite looks below:
Now, let's pretend I'm invited to a quincenera and I'm going to wear Xiao's pink dress with the pink creepers. Ahh, let's dream, please.

Let's Have a Romantic Burger for Valentine's Day

Oh lord, Valentine's Day was such a hot mess.
I didn't end up going to the party I had initially had in mind, but I instead went out for a quick bite with a friend. Ugh, my friend got out of work at 10:30 pm and we didn't hang out until 11:30 pm. Yes, 11:30 pm. Valentine's Day was practically over, but I guess I shouldn't care since I didn't have a special someone. We decided to go to some restaurant nearby because it had good reviews on Yelp. Once we enter, I swear there were so many people making out, drinking, and watching some Luann de Lesseps bitch perform her heart out. We sat down thinking they'd bring a menu with delectable pizzas to serve, but NO. Everyone was busy drinking. It was so small and intimate and it felt so weird just sitting there. There was also a Charro looking woman dancing. Ay dios mio. As we were sitting down, we both started laughing at how embarrassing this all was. Oh, and to top it off, everyone there was absolutely older there. I know I'm always on the hunt for a hot sugar daddy, but this was not the place, gurl. They were all heterosexual and making out with women. Barf. I swear, we were like embryos in there. Anyways, we left there ASAP and went to In N Out for a delectable burger and ate in my car outside of my house.
So much for Valentine's Day, huh? I even got dressed up thinking we'd have a spectacular time! Whatevs. Enough about that, and more about my flawless OOTD and my gorgeous face! Thanks L'Oreal ;)
(OOTD: Michael Kors rose gold watch. Aldo black and white shoes. Windsor chain bag. The Smiths band t-shirt. Gap black skinny jeans. ASOS coat)
I've been trying to channel a 60s/Mick Jagger kind of look lately with my hair. Bowl cuts, people!
 I look pretty Asian here.
And that's a wrap! How was your Valentine's Day? Puhlease tell me you got "some"?

Cheap Monday Jeans for Sale! *Tears*

Yup. I'm selling these bad boys that I purchased at the sample sale last year in Los Angeles. ~tears start rollin'~
They're currently on Ebay up for bidding or if you just have to have them in your life they're also up for purchasing. They're labeled the "Narrow OD Black" according to the inside of the jeans. They're a size 28 and a 32 in length. I originally thought they were a pair of women's 28 in jeans, which is like a medium I guess, but they're actually a 28 in mens. A 28 in mens basically means the smallest size in denim in mens jeans. Sigh. So yeah, they don't fit me. Click on the link above if interested or if you have anymore questions, email me at

Favorites Looks at Philosophy Fall/Winter 2013

I still have to post about Natalie Ratabesi's first collection for the label, which was Pre-Fall 2013. That collection is still making me weak in the knees just thinking about it. For her second collection, there wasn't that allure her initial collection had.
I thought the more business-like looks and pieces were the best, along with Julia Nobis' opening look. I thought the subtle mongolian inspiration could've been executed better. Maybe it was the styling, which was a tad lackluster in the middle of the collection. The more simpler and crisp pieces worked well, hence why I loved the collared shirts with the trousers looks. The sheer stripes gave a subtle femininity touch to the look while keeping it strong with the trousers. I think overall, the styling was an issue for me in certain looks. Hopefully, next season is as flawless as her Pre-Fall collection. Not bad, but not spectacular for her first RTW collection.

Brandon Sun Fall/Winter 2013

Never heard of Brandon Sun until did a review on his collection for the F/W 13 and it's to die for! His specialty is fur and he's worked with Oscar de la Renta and J. Mendel. Favorite looks below:
I think his take on outerwear, fur especially, is sublime. That peplum top in the mink fur looks divine. It's incredibly chic yet it's refreshing. One of the more interesting pieces I've seen this season. My favorite look has to be the last one. There's something so effortless and cool about the layering. That's another key thing about this collection I adore. The layering works so wonderfully here. Some pieces had a kimono-style feel to them, but they remained incredibly urban with how they were layered with fantastic outerwear. There's something that does feel familiar. I felt some pieces come have easily come from a Haider Ackermann collection. Nonetheless, incredible collection and I can't wait to see more from Brandon.

Jeremy Scott Fall/Winter 2013 Beauty

Let's have my girl Josephine Skriver backstage at the Jeremy Scott F/W 2013 model the flawless beauty looks.
Let me just add that I'm kind of digging this shirt below.
Let's be real, the only thing passable from this collection is the beauty look. Lindsey Wixson's fur ensemble? Jeremy gurl, what were you thinking? Why am I even questioning what Jeremy Scott does I mean it is Jeremy Scott.
